Malaysia Week!

Hey you! my name is Justin Yap and I'm from Malaysia. To exciting news is that I have never experience bring on a Malaysia Week site before but I'm surely ready to explore! I think the most excited thing I'm actually looking for is tubing down the rapids. Even though it may be dangerous still looks fun. I really don't think Im actually scared of anything if any.

Here are some ways that we can be eco friendly
1.Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Compost
Reusing packaging material saves more energy than recycling. By avoiding extra packaging, you save both energy and landfill space. Yard and kitchen waste (leaves/grass/vegetable scraps) are 30% of trash. Reduce this amount by composting. Also be sure to re-use plastic bags, or better yet... refuse plastic bags when you really don't need them.
2.Eat less meat/eat more local and organic foods
Feedlots are a major source of organic pollution. Tropical forests are cut to raise beef.
3.Conserve water
Don't let faucets run. Never water your lawn at midday. Place a brick in old toilets. Take low flow short showers. Run the dishwasher only when it is full. Let grass grow longer. Plant native or drought-tolerant garden plants.

OUR GOAL IS TO LEAVE NO WASTE!

Saying Sorry to Aboriginals

In my opinion the British can start saying sorry to those families back then who they stole from. It might be not much but it shows that the British do care about what they did. Another way is paying for medical care or small expenses for the Australians.Still today,many Indigenous Australians worked as stockmen on sheep stations and cattle stations. They should be able to work as higher class men and so forth.

Molly isn't a Hero

Rabbit-Proof Fence is a film that is set in 1931; three Aboriginal girls escape after being captured to be trained as domestic workers and go on a journey back home.In my opinion, Molly isn't a hero at all. First she put her siblings in danger just because she wants to go home to see her mother once again Even though her siblings like the place at the 'boob' she didn't care about their opinions and forced that to leave. If she was a hero and a role model, she'd would have stay there and wait. These aren't qualities of a hero in my opinion.

How do I learn Best?

My learning profile JJ is I learn best through movement and by focusing on the on the whole picture,context and emotional relevance to self.I need to do Lazy 8's from Brain Gym, blinking while tracking with the eyes, cross-lateral hand and foot play like knitting, writing, and drawing with the non dominant hand. I would like my teacher to know that the biggest challenge may be to access the pieces of information and be able to put them together in a linear logical manner that they can then communicate.
